ABOUT
Sons For Glory exists to come alongside Christian men like you, to strengthen you, encourage you, challenge you, and build you up into the man God is calling you to be. My name is Kai Cohan, and this is more than just my coaching practice. This is my ministry. I am a certified Pastoral Life Coach, a Master of Biblical Theology student and Young Adult Leader but before any of that, I am your brother in Christ.
I believe in the power of one-on-one, intentional discipleship. I believe men need brothers to walk with them, to help them grow in their relationship with Christ, to sharpen them through Scripture, and to push them toward the high calling of God in their lives.

CENTERED
This is not quick fixes or hollow motivational slogans. To excel as Christian men we start with the foundation stone: Jesus Christ. Your identity in Him is the wellspring of your strength. Your faith isn’t an accessory to your life; it is the source of your life. As the Apostle Paul reminds us, “For no one can lay a foundation other than that which is laid, which is Jesus Christ” (1 Corinthians 3:11). That’s why our work together will center on your spiritual growth, your understanding of God’s Word, and your ability to apply truth to every area of your life. When a man’s foundation is secure in Christ, the rest of his life — his relationships, his work, his leadership — can be built strong and true.
THIS IS NOT THERAPY.
THIS IS COACHING.
It’s forward-facing, it’s goal-driven, and it’s designed to move you from where you are to where God is calling you to go.
It comes with challenge. It comes with accountability. It comes with work. You’ll be asked to confront the lies you’ve believed, to face the areas of your life where you’ve grown passive or complacent, and to step into the discipline of becoming the man God designed you to be. There’s homework. There’s Scripture study. There are practical steps. But all of it points toward growth — not just for you, but for those God has entrusted to your care.
DISCIPLES
AND THE COMMISION
Because this isn’t just about you. Sons For Glory is a ministry with a bigger vision. We are raising up men who will disciple others. Men who won’t just grow strong in their faith, but will turn and help others do the same. Leaders who lead leaders. Disciples who make disciples. As Paul instructed Timothy, “What you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses entrust to faithful men, who will be able to teach others also” (2 Timothy 2:2). We are shaping husbands, fathers, pastors, business owners, and young men alike — men who are determined to reflect the image of God in how they live, how they serve, how they love, and how they lead.
SONS OF GOD
The world doesn’t want men like this. It wants you tame. It wants you silent. It wants you hidden. God wants you seen. God wants you bold. God wants you ready. Ready to step forward in strength, humility, and truth. Ready to lead your family, your church, your workplace, your circle of influence with wisdom and conviction. Ready to live a life that brings glory to God, not comfort to yourself. As it says in Joshua 1:9, “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”
